Your 2008-2009 Regional Executive Board met together to choose who would be on our Regional General Boards.  An RGB position is one of the highest positions one can have in the Hagesher. It be may be a little bit of work, but in the end it is extremely rewarding. It allows a normal USYers to take a bigger role in the region, by working with the Regional Board to fulfill goals that we have for the year, and to be help make the path that Hagesher will follow in the future.
